Almost 8000 runners have registered for the October NLB Ljubljana Marathon so far, who will participate in the Heineken 0.0 marathon, the Half Marathon Generali ZAME or the Garmin 10 km run. Among them, we are close to 2500 marathoners, 3700 half marathoners, and 1500 runners are currently registered for the shortest distance. For comparison: in the same period last year, we recorded a total of 6026 runners.
This year's runners come from 59 countries, and foreign runners currently account for 44%. Croatia, Serbia, Italy, Austria, the United Kingdom, France, Iceland, Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina are currently represented by more than a hundred runners each.
Of course, we continue with registrations: the more favorable registration period for half marathon runners ends at the end of July, and for runners at the end of August. Each registrant will receive a quality sports backpack, and upon confirmation on the registration form, a Lelosi running shirt. Both can be collected exclusively at the EXPO NLB Ljubljana Marathon, between 16 and 18 October, 2025, in the Stožice Arena.
